Submit Your Back to School Forms
It is important that we have your family's most up-to-date information! Please complete this year's forms in HISD Connect.

Families returning to Bellaire: The Parent Portal in HISD Connect makes it quick and easy to update and submit your back-to-school forms.

Families new to Bellaire: You will need to complete the forms in their entirety.

If you have any questions or would like to request a set of paper forms, please email Ms. Mulet at [email protected]
Socioeconomic Form
All of our forms are important, but this one impacts our funding! Please make sure that this form is updated or completed for the 2021-2022 school year.
Senior Parent Meeting
The meeting will focus on the college application process, scholarships, transcripts, senior dues, and will include some early information about prom and graduation.

Families are encouraged to regularly check the Senior Page under Students on our website.
Listen and Learn Series
We are excited to host Houston ISD Superintendent Millard House II as he conducts his district-wide "Listen and Learn Tour." This event will be held Thursday, September 30 at 5:30 pm in our auditorium. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity for him to learn more about what makes our school community special. We'll see you there.
2021-2022 Bell Schedule Revised
Our Bell Schedule for the 2021 -2022 school year has been revised and posted on our website. Doors will open daily by 8:15 am. (Students that have a zero period should enter through entrance 1 at 7:30 am.) Bus riders should proceed to the bus lane at 4:10 pm as buses will load and leave in a timely manner.
COVID 19 Reporting
Please allow us to share some updates related to COVID reporting that we are utilizing at this time. This year, the process has been updated, and the most current information can be found outlined in the Houston ISD’s “Ready, Set, Go!” plan linked here. Once notified, our nurse investigates and begins the contact tracing process on our campus, and documents all exposed, presumed and confirmed COVID 19 cases. Out of an abundance of caution, we will inform parents each day that we have reports of a COVID 19 case. Since we cannot account for every second that a student spends coming to school, attending and visiting classrooms on campus, and after school, we believe it is important that we are all reminded to maintain safety practices, monitor personal health symptoms, and exercise good judgment. If we determine that your son/daughter came into direct contact with someone on campus that was presumed positive or confirmed positive, then our nurse will make contact directly with you. If you would like information regarding active COVID cases, you may access that information on the HISD COVID Dashboard site here.  Additional information can be accessed on our website here.
NHS Tutoring (In Person)
NHS Tutoring will resume on Tuesday (9/7). ALL tutoring sessions will be held in Ms. Kuhleman's room (Room 2707) unless directed differently by the teacher.

Students can sign up here.

Course Change Requests & Changes to Students Schedules
Course Change Requests are made online. Counselors are processing a large number of requests at this time. The expectation is that requests are processed within 48 hours. If you are experiencing further delays then please contact your child's assistant principal for support. Finally, please do not submit your request multiple times as that slows down the process.

Reasons a schedule change form should be completed:
  • A class is missing or repeated
  • A class you took in summer school or another semester is on your schedule.
  • A required core class (English, Math, Science or Social Studies) is missing.
  • The class level is not correct, for example, you wanted to be in an AP class and you are in an Academic level class.
Reasons you should not submit a schedule change:
  • Requesting a different teacher
  • Requesting your classes be in a different order.
  • You want to be in a class with a friend

The last day to submit a course change request is Monday, September 13.

Some students will also receive a notice that their schedule has been changed due to a change in the Bellaire master schedule. AP’s, Counselors, and/or Teachers cannot change your schedule back. Either the section a student was originally in was too large, and thus needed to be balanced, or it was dissolved. We know that schedule changes can be difficult, please know that our teachers are aware that students are still in transition and are ready to help them get settled into their new schedule.
