The Arizona Promotional Products Association ( AzPPA ) is a community of trusted professionals dedicated to delivering value through member engagement, educational development, events and collaboration.
Dear AzPPA Members,

Thank you for being a valued AzPPA member. You are the reason we do what we do, so I personally wanted to reach out to you regarding our current activities related to COVID-19. We are facing the most significant health crisis in modern history and I know that our members and families are worried, unsure of what tomorrow will bring and facing hardships and extremely difficult challenges and decisions.

Like others, AzPPA is actively monitoring the situation for its impact on our industry and member businesses. Please know that the well-being of our community and the larger public is our first concern. We wanted to share a few key items:
  • All in-person events are canceled or postponed through April 30. We love networking with you all, but the CDC says we all need to stay away from each other for a while. As this entire situation evolves, we may have to make further changes to our schedule. We will keep you updated as time goes on.
  • We are working on ways to help you keep in touch from a distance, including hosting web-based sessions with our supplier members, additional educational webinars, and virtual meetups. Please feel free to let us know if you have any cool ideas!
  • At this moment, AzPPA Expo 2020 is still a go! We are moving ahead on plans to host our annual tradeshow August 25th in Downtown Phoenix, so save the date! The board will continue to monitor the situation and, again, we’ll be sure to share with everyone if we have to change our plans.
  • We’ve compiled some resources below. Our friends from PPAI and Local First Arizona have put together some great content, including current supplier statuses and links to CDC and SBA information.
  • Your AzPPA family is here to help!  These are trying times for our businesses, families, community, and industry. Together, we can all get through this. Please don’t hesitate to let AzPPA staff and volunteers know ANY way we can help. We’ve got one heck of a team here that also know a heck of a lot of people.
The continued success of our community of AzPPA members is of critical importance to us. Please know that AzPPA is ever more committed to being there for you and the work you do in the months and years to come. Keep those hands clean!
Sincerely,
Damon Subasa, MAS
2020 AzPPA President
