COVID-19 Update
What an unusual week it has been. While the situation is rapidly changing, our committment to serving our customers remains strong. In light of COVID-19, we have put a number of new procedures and shopping options in place.
- All of our stores remain open for business. We are requesting that staff and customers respect a social distancing of seven (7) feet while shopping and checking out at Vin Chicago.
- We have implemented heightened store and staff sanitation procedures and are modifying our checkout procedure to minimize physical contact.
- We encourage those who would like to utilize curbside pickup to place orders via phone or our website. We'll be happy to place the wine directly in your trunk when you arrive at our store.
- We will be monitoring guidelines from the CDC and other agencies, and reevaluating our procedures on a daily basis.
