Due to a recent owner sale of private property containing a manufactured home (MH) community, the City of Clarksville is working diligently to move their existing residents off of the sold community property, to other surrounding communities with lot vacancies. However, approximately 40 existing occupied manufactured homes are extremely old and not transportation worthy.
The City of Clarksville is searching for available home inventory to purchase immediately and is reaching out to THA members and affiliates for assistance. The City of Clarksville is located just northwest of Nashville. Freight costs will be a consideration if you are in the eastern part of Tennessee.
