Mayor's Message
Let me begin this newsletter with a hearty THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our City July 4th Celebration a success. According to the Pasadena Police Department, there were NO calls or negative issues related to the City’s Drive-in Fireworks Display at the Pasadena Convention Center. The amazing support and respect you all showed to our staff and each other before, during and after the program was amazing. I also want to thank the City crews who worked during this event. I know the circumstances were highly unusual amid this pandemic, but I felt it was very important that we not cancel our annual Independence Day event because of what it represents. Liberty, freedom and personal responsibility have never been so important as they are right now. Our community is strong and blessed because of people like you. As the summer months progress, please remember to follow CDC safety guidelines when you’re out and about.

Fill the Bus
The City of Pasadena, Pasadena ISD and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce are teaming up once again for our third annual Fill the Bus school supply drive. As you may have already heard, Pasadena ISD is moving forward with both virtual and in-person options this school year, so making sure our teachers have enough supplies for all their students is as important as ever.
