Virtual Run for Recovery 5K & Tribute:
Don't Miss the May 7 Tshirt deadline
The 2020 Run for Recovery 5K & Tribute will be a “virtual" event this year, continuing the important annual tradition of bringing our community together to honor those we have lost, and to move forward in support of wellness and recovery.

Register to run or walk wherever you are, whenever you want between May 15 and 17.

Details and the registration link are available on our website , also posted as an event on Facebook . Register by May 7 to get your race Tshirt. And, we'll send you the "official" virtual bib template so you can personalize it in time for the race.

Stay connected with the hollarhype app, track your route with Strava - both have Boston Bulldogs teams already set up.

Create a virtual team, celebrate wellness, practice physical distancing. Stay safe and well.
Marathon Team Update: See you in September
The Boston Bulldogs 2020 Marathon team participated in the Backyard Boston Marathon on April 20 and raised over $1000 to support the Boston Medical Center . Shout out to organizers - How Was Your Run Today podcast guys Bryan and Peter.

All 12 of the Bulldogs on this year's marathon team are still hoping to run the Boston Marathon on September 14 and will continue their training and their fundraising. Special thanks to Bulldogs Ambassador Jack Fultz for his ongoing coaching and support.

Funds raised by the team are a significant part of our annual fundraising and support the Boston Bulldogs programs throughout the year. Please take a few minutes to read their remarkable stories and consider supporting them and the Club.
Coach's Corner: Stay Connected

"Through connection we heal and recover, through isolation we suffer."

Full Circle Program: We're Here!
The Full Circle Program continues to grow as more and more kind-hearted warriors reach their goals and work on their overall wellness. Already this year, 22 amazing Bulldogs have participated in this program.

A special shout out to 4 Bulldogs who took the RRCA coach certification training course (on Zoom) in April and are preparing to take their exams to receive certification.

While COVID-19 has paused our group runs, we are all still committed to the wellness and work that the Full Circle program requires.

For more information on this program or how to get involved, email meaghan@bostonbulldogsrunning.org .
The Boston Bulldogs Giving Back program
A community engagement initiative that was launched in spring 2019 in South Boston, the program has since expanded to each of the towns that are home to a chapter of the Boston Bulldogs Running Club.

Through this program, the Boston Bulldogs are currently supporting healthcare workers and other first-line responders in our community who are heroically serving all of us in the fight against COVID-19. The Boston Bulldogs have arranged delivery of meals to the staff of the BMC Emergency Department, the housekeeping and facilities staff at the BIDMC Campus in Plymouth and a Boston-based EMT team. The Bulldogs also delivered bagels and coffee to the members of the Quincy Police Department from a local Bulldog-owned café and a staff appreciation lunch to the employees at the Italian Home for Children.

Thank you Amy Doyle , Bulldogs Giving Back Coordinator, for leading this collaborative effort .
Weekly Runs

Due to ongoing public health concerns related to COVID-19, the Boston Bulldogs Running Club has suspended all Weekly Group Runs and other scheduled in-person activities until further notice.

Club members are staying connected through weekly Zoom   #togetherwedo meetings, meditation sessions with the Coach, and other informal social and digital platforms.
