Contracts Metrics Data Moved to Metrics Module on Trust Central
We heard you! Announcing the move of Contracts Metrics data to the Metrics module on Thursday, July 2. Through open-labs, focus groups, and day-to-day conversations, you have expressed the need for contract metrics data such as Youth Development service utilization, Family services recruitment, and inclusion of CWD to be accessible to staff entering data and managing your programs. For the past year, this data has been made available in the Contracts module which has restrictions to access due to the information that lives in this space. We heard your request and are proud to announce that contract metrics data will now have a home in the Metrics Module under a new tab labeled “DATA”. Additionally, the “Progress” tab will have updates.
Starting tomorrow, you will have to go to the Metrics Module to see your contract metrics data. For highlights and details on these updates
click here. Please note, a guide is available to help you navigate the Metrics Module in Trust Central Support section,

Webinar, Patient Communications: Making Most of Texting & Telemedicine
The COVID-19 Emergency has created new demands on communications, and has made clear the need to provide services remotely to the extent possible. Providers need to communicate more, between themselves and with their patients, and the time to implementation of new services to meet these needs is almost zero, leaving no room for the usual processes of approval and adoption that health care is used to. In this webinar hosted by Jim Sheldon-Dean, founder and director of Lewis Creek Systems, LLC, consulting firm, participants will learn about emergency needs in communications, types of telemedicine and teleconferencing technology, the relaxing of some HIPAA rules for better communication, what are permitted communications between family and friends of patients and more.
The webinar costs $249 per person to attend. To register, click
