Chamber in Pictures
As always, Harold was digging deep to help locally. Have fun participating in all of the many traditional events in downtown Gresham on Sat. Nov 30. The Chamber is “manning” the Salvation Army Kettle on 3rd and Main as part of the Shop Small events happening all day. Spend some time (and money) visiting over 30 businesses participating in the North Pole Village events.
Mike Schofield is leaving his post as Gresham-Barlow School District's CFO. The Chamber is sad to lose him as a board member. Mike was a great asset, had awesome people skills, was a tremendous watchful eye on fiscal accountability, and a good sport. You will be missed by all who have had the pleasure of working with you. Good luck in your new position. (They better treat you right in your new job!)

Tips to Level Up your Business

There is something so reassuring about a good handshake. When was the last time you felt a really good one? How do you feel about yours?
Ways to De-Stress:

1. Go outside
2. Close your eyes and take deep breaths from your belly. Pay attention to how each area of your body feels in that moment.
Food Tips:

Table salt is the best-known source of sodium, but it’s far from the only one. More than 70% of sodium comes from processed, pre-packaged, and restaurant foods, such as pizzas, hamburgers, canned soups, deli meats, breads, and snack foods.
PGE’s Employee Giving Campaign results are in…almost $1.7 million to benefit our communities! For 130 years, PGE and its employees and retirees have given back to the communities where they live, work and play. And since 2008, our contributions have topped $1.5 million annually (including the PGE match). Learn more at www.PortlandGeneral.com/Community

Cross-Country Skiing & Snowshoeing

What do we love about cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Oregon? It takes all comers. Choose your own pace through beautiful tree-lined corridors and around sparkling blue lakes. And don’t forget to bring the hot chocolate. To learn more , Click Here.
