The search for the new President/Chief Executive Officer. is live and underway. The Search Committee, with significant input from the community, staff and Board of Directors, has completed the development of the
Position Specification
to be used for all marketing and recruiting related to the search. Thank you to the committee and our search partner, Montague & Associates, for their diligence in getting us to this place.
Our next step is to identify the pool of potential candidates for the position. We have developed a broad set of evaluation criteria that will provide focus on the desired attributes of Lakeside Chautauqua’s next President/CEO. Over the months ahead, the search firm will use these criteria to assess candidates for the role. The Search Committee will meet on April 25, 2020 with Mary Lee Montague, CEO of Montague & Associates, to review the search results to date. No times have been set for candidate interviews at this time.
