Greetings from my writing studio in Vermont, where I am focused on completing our book, OUTCRY. That said, I wish to share with you the Epilog of that book. It is entitled: An Evolving Vision of Survival and features a chronological list of the SOS Memos that were relevant to that ever-evolving vision.
But first, a question about our envisioned solution
Do we believe that a 3,000 mile living corridor across the USA will ever become a reality as it has been envisioned?
No, we're just trying to spark a global conversation that will lead to the creation of a successor
civilization that
will
become a reality.
Right now, everyone in the world is talking about the Coronavirus---a serious global issue for humanity, of course, but nowhere near as crucial as abrupt climate change and the impending end of our species. Yet,
hardly anyone is talking about the latter.
One of the recent endorsers of our book over this past weekend says it better than we do:

In September of 2018, I posted one of my "bite-size" blogs (BSBs) entitled, "Creative Idea for Saving Our Civilization." Since then, I have posted about fifty more, changing the name from bite-size blogs to SOS Memos in April of 2019. Throughout the past eighteen months, I have always strived to make it abundantly clear that these blogs are aimed at sparking the global conversation
regarding the urgent need to totally reinvent our entire civilization---to the extent necessary to satisfy Mother Nature.

In the pages ahead, we have only included the SOS Memos that are relevant to the evolving vision of how we can possibly reinvent the way we live---soon enough, and to the extent necessary, to prevent the near-term extinction of our species. Some of the scientists covered in Chapter Four don't believe that we have a chance of saving ourselves, while others are a bit more optimistic that we can. Consider us as members of that second group.
That's because we have always felt that if a way of life could be envisioned, that it is possible for it to become a reality. And if that vision is based on technology that is available today in 2020, then we think our chances are even better.
Along with links to all of these relevant SOS Memos, we have provided a concise summary of the content of each one. If you work your way through the list and read the ones that pique your interest, you will see how our own vision has evolved and expanded during the first eighteen months since an inspirational conversation with Stuart Scott in New York City's Central Park in September of 2018.

Our target publish date is April 22, which is the fiftieth anniversary of Earth Day---and that was no coincidence.
PS: You may be wondering how you can help promote the never-ending search for a way to save our species. You can get me in front of some audiences who you think might be ready to hear about the long-overdue, global "conversation" about our survival.
As always, I am just trying to spark a global conversation about what is needed. By sharing a vision of what I believe is possible, I hope to influence others to think bigger, better and bolder.

As for speaking, I continue to search for mainstream audiences who may have an interest in learning more about a realistically hopeful vision for our future - and their role in making that vision come true.
As such, I will travel anywhere for an opportunity to speak to one or more groups in each city that I visit. I will create a custom presentation for each audience and I only ask for travel expense reimbursement and a modest honorarium.
In the months ahead, I will continue to focus on the urgent need for a totally reinvented greening of our civilization - beginning with a model in the USA that could be applied globally over the next fifty years.

1. Live as greenly as possible while doing all that you can to raise the awareness of "big picture" solutions that are crucially necessary for saving our civilization.

Mama ain't happy.
