Dear Church Family,

As we walk through this crisis today, the church continues to find new ways to reach out and make a difference in the world around us. Our Sunday morning services are growing in viewership each weekend. Many of our small groups are using video conferencing to continue their meetings, and new video small groups are being launched even as I write this. CSSM, Youth and Children's Ministries, Healing Rooms and Mashah are continuing online as well. In seasons like this, God’s ministry continues. Dark days can’t stop the light of God.

I am sure you're wondering when we'll be able to resume our regular weekend services at the Crossing. At this point in time, it's just impossible to tell. I was on a call this week with Harrisburg, and they feel that the greatest challenge could possibly come in April and May for the state of Pa. If this is the case and we are not able to meet together, we will continue to meet online each weekend and continue to meet through video conferencing, so that ministry can continue. Now is a great time to reach our friends, colleagues and neighbors through these online platforms. As you can well imagine, all public meetings remain canceled until further notice. We have even canceled our annual egg hunt. So you may be wondering, how can you help?

1. Pray : Pray like never before for this virus to leave our land. Pray for God to heal our land, and pray that during this season spiritual eyes will be opened to receive Jesus.

2. Give : Even though we are not meeting in one building, your gifts make sure that our ministry can continue during this time of crisis.

3. Invite : Invite people to watch online each Sunday at 9.15 am through Facebook or on our YouTube channel, The Crossing TV. People are watching who have never been to our church.

4. Connect : Fellowship is essential as we walk through this time. For more information on small groups, send your questions to info@crossingumc.org , or visit our website to see what small groups are meeting.

Many blessings to you all!
