Each week, Guy will be hosting brief online conversations with founders and members of the How I Built This community about how they're navigating these uncertain times. This past week, Guy spoke with two former guests: David Neeleman of JetBlue Airways, and Tristan Walker of Walker & Company. Looking Back to Move Forward!

Memorializing is the act of looking back and honoring what has been sacrificed so that we can move forward with personal insight and a sense of gratitude. How can we apply this to our own Encore Careers?

This will be a round-table group discussion with specific examples you can directly apply and immediately benefit from.

We will send a handout to all who attend.

This week:
Understanding the Customer Segments Component of the Personal Business Model

Who's problems do we want to help solve? Until we can identify them, classify them, and understand their needs, they've got no reason to hire us.

We'll use this session to help you zero in on exactly who your potential customers (or potential employers) are.

This is an ongoing work session in which participants apply the personal business model framework to help each other reinvent their careers and develop strategies to interact with potential employers.

If you do not yet have a personal career model, we'll help you build one!

Bring your questions, ideas, and experiences to share!
