Teenagers are challenged with our COVID-19 pandemic, which has socially isolated them and made it very difficult for them to share and express their true concerned feelings.
One of our own CCFM patients Melissa Boswell, who is a Psychology professor at Pepperdine, is offering 2 separate 6 week online sessions for teens to participate and learn how to best manage their emotional health and learn valuable life skills. Her sessions are paid for by an honorarium from the
Dominguez-Roth Foundation. Enrollment is limited, so please contact her to secure your spot soon!

Are you a teen having difficulty coping with all the pressures of school, home life, social media. The corona virus new conditions are creating extra stress and anxiety for many. Do you feel like you must look like you have it all together, but inside you are falling apart? Do you find yourself struggling just to get through the day, perhaps having dark thoughts of wishing you weren't here?
There are specific tools and support available to you now, and I would like to help.
I am creating a safe group for up to 10 teens, to meet online in a Zoom conference weekly for 6 weeks. We will discuss these important issues and provide support and caring for each other. You are not alone. There is great hope for a better life, as I teach you skills and provide a way to handle the challenges you face.
Consistent attendance is encouraged in order to achieve the maximum benefit.
We will use the workbook
