My garden is extremely happy, and a few more properties are coming on the market and staying longer than a week.
The insider tip I have for you now is that if you are tired of getting into bidding wars and having your offer rejected, only search for properties that have been on the market a month or more. That is where you will have the best chance of getting a reasonable offer accepted. Those sellers thought it would sell quickly and are starting to panic, which also leads to price reductions.
