Dr. Bain has an extraordinary, diverse background in regulatory compliance in a broad range of FDA-regulated industries including medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, and as an FDA Investigator. She has held various senior-level management positions in Quality Control/Assurance and Regulatory Affairs with
Baxter Healthcare, Grifols, Medegen, Inc., Peregrine Corporation,
and
Watson Pharmaceuticals.
She is the former Professor of Practice and Program Director for Clinical, Regulatory and Quality at
Keck Graduate Institute (KGI)
and Adjunct Professor of Practice and Concentration Coordinator for Clinical and Regulatory in
KGI’s School of Pharmacy
. She is an accomplished quality, compliance and regulatory professional with experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.
Her educational background includes a Doctorate of Regulatory Science (DRSc), a Master of Science in Regulatory Science (MSc) from the
University of Southern California (USC)
and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from
