Hello Chamber Member!

We're excited to once again produce the El Dorado Hills Chamber Business Directory & Relocation Guide in partnership with the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce for 2020/2021!

This dynamic and informative publication will now be initially released at the end of June 2020 with continued distributed throughout the rest of 2020 and into 2021, so it's a great time and opportunity to remind not only the current EDH business community and residents about your business, but also the residents who will be moving to our community!

Remember this publication is mailed to every home and Chamber member in El Dorado Hills, available to new residents, and is promoted online heavily after its print release!

And, it's a publication that residents have told us that they refer to often throughout the year!

The updated deadline to be in this publication is fast approaching—ad close is now May 22, with materials due by May 29.

Don't miss this opportunity!

We look forward to working with you!

Local Swim School Meets the Moment By Investing in their Employees

Steve Wallen Swim School has been closed since March 17, when federal guidance was issued discouraging convenings of ten or more people in an effort to limit the spread of the coronavirus. Like many small businesses, Steve Wallen Swim School, commonly referred to as SWSS, was faced with a tough decision: lay off their 53 employees at their Roseville and El Dorado Hills locations or keep them employed and on payroll despite all loss of income for the business.
SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS
EDH Chamber Awards Scholarships: With generous sponsorships from Pacific Interstate Insurance Brokers and Joe Harn, Auditor-Controller , along with proceeds from raffle ticket sales at our mixers, our Chamber is pleased to award four $750 scholarships to local graduates, who plan to continue their education at a university, college, or technical school. The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce congratulates the following scholarship recipients for 2020, and wishes them continued success in their future endeavors: Donna Taghipour, Katie Kenny, Cole Shoemake, and Angelina Wu from Oak Ridge High School.
