What it's all about:

“We will not go back to normal. Normal never was. Our pre-corona existence was not normal other than we normalized greed, inequity, exhaustion, depletion, extraction, disconnection, confusion, rage, hoarding, hate and lack. We should not long to return, my friends. We are being given the opportunity to stitch a new garment. One that fits all of humanity and nature.”
--Bren é Brown

In this LumZoom hour, you will be given the opportunity to envision the new normal you would like to create in your post corona life. While we are uncertain about the timing of the end of social distancing, we have lived in this corona time long enough to know our lives are and will be substantially changed. We’ll begin with the question of where is the Spirit moving in your life right now? What new knowledge is coming to you about yourself? What did you normalize pre-corona? What do you want to normalize post corona? Each of us is being given an opportunity to evolve our way of being amidst our families, with friends, in our communities, and in our world. If you could write the end of your corona story, how would the story go?

We will use compassionate discernment which helps us to see without judgment what we know and what we do not know about moving forward stitching a new garment post corona virus. We’ll look at three questions to help identify some of the changes you wish to make: What do you want to keep the same? What do you want to do more of? What do you want to do less of? The result may be that we all can live in greater love for humanity and nature.

Using Zoom:
You will need internet access and a computer, tablet (iPad or something similar) or smartphone with a camera. Most laptops and tablets have cameras built in; if you only have a desktop computer, you would need to add a web camera to that. If it is the first time you are using Zoom, you will need to download  plug-in  software. Most people find this quite easy to do. If you need help, please contact dan @lumunos.org .
