Licensed architect - This paid position works directly with homeowners and the management team and is responsible for reviewing new builds within Suncrest.

Design Review Board - This resident-only volunteer position reviews all residential, exterior landscape, and architectural modifications for approval.

In celebration of Labor Day weekend, the office will have limited hours. The clubhouse will remain open.

Suncrest Community partnered with a local church for a food drive for Tabitha's Way Food Pantry. We wanted to thank all our residents for participating and helping with the drive. In just the first two days, we collected over 2,000 pounds of food!

Studio kids start next Tuesday! This experience provides the opportunity to experience the theater process from concept to performance. No auditions are necessary, and experienced teachers and actors teach every Tuesday in the Family Room from 4 - 5:15 pm. The program ends with a fully produced musical on a stage for all your friends and family to enjoy.

Hey moms! Mark your calendars for the next Mother Son Glow party on September 17th. We're turning the lights off, the music up, and getting our GLOW on! Come on over for a fun night of music, dancing, sub-zero ice cream, and more! Register today so we can get an estimated count for ice cream!

Who's been waiting for a doggy pool day? This year we want our four-legged friends to enjoy the pool before shutting it down. Each entry will be $5, and all proceeds will be donated to Best Friends Animal Society, and your dog gets a chance to win a prize! You can make a payment at the office or the day of. Cash or check only.

Celebrate a Halloween painting with Erin for a fun night of instructional painting. Everyone will paint the same background but can choose one of six silhouettes!

We ask that those aged 10 - 18 be accompanied by an adult. They do not need to take the class; however, they do need to be present.
