Stephen Ministry
Even though our church campus is empty, there is no reason you should feel empty. In this time of uncertainty, know your Stephen Ministers are here and willing to walk with you through whatever you
might be facing.
Our time of caring may look a little different, via Zoom or Facetime, but our care is still the same as always, walking and praying along beside you.
If you feel a Stephen Minister is right for you, contact Pastor Lauren Christenberry

Reflect Devotionals
The KUMC staff are coming together to provide our college students with a weekly devotional. Every Wednesday morning, check out our social media pages for a video message with words of reflection and very likely, a bit of fun! These devotionals can be done on your time, and you're welcome to invite others to participate with you.

Ascension
It is called the "Great Commission" but what makes it great? Is it that the last words of Jesus are great? Is it that it is a really good task? Is it that it is wide in breadth? Is it that it is difficult? What makes this commission so great? Perhaps it is great because of what it requires - conversion.
Sunday, May 24, at 9:30 and 11am

If you need a cloth face mask, stop by and pick one up from the bin outside the church offices. As more businesses start to reopen and people get out more, there is still a need for face coverings. The Sisters of Sewing Circle is trying to maintain a supply, so If anyone knows of a need for the masks, please call Toni Bliss or email Julie McLauchlin and we will do what we can to help. We want to thank everyone who donated elastic; we now have an adequate supply. KUMC Resource Center is operating as a mobile pantry. Clients remain in their vehicles and food is delivered to their car, Tuesdays, 10am-1pm and Wednesdays, 4-7pm. If you know someone that needs help with food in this time of uncertainty, please refer them to the Resource Center for a free box of food. Click here to serve at the Resource Center.
The Resource Center served 310 individuals last week. Click here more information in our weekly report!

Student Pen-Pal Program
Who had a pen pal growing up? Remember receiving letters, feeling the excitement of checking the mail and getting to know someone? Who doesn't love to get a handwritten piece of snail mail?
As our time social distancing continues and our eyes get weary from all the screen time, let's connect with one another and take back the art of the handwritten letter! Letters feel different from shorthand messages and texts, and they're more intimate than a long email. Writing by hand can have several benefits, including a calming effect on the brain, improving coordination and inspiring creativity. Plus, it will be a fun way to get to know one of your Keller UMC peers a little better and bring a little joy to someone's day.
