Meetings at St. John's

We have a good "problem" in our buildings! There is an abundance of activity happening at St. John's - both internal and external groups vying for space and time in our limited meeting rooms.

We want to accommodate as many groups as possible, but it is increasingly necessary for dates, times, and space to be cleared with the office. You can check the calendar on our website ( http://www.austinstjohns.org/calendar.html ) or call the office (512-836-3974) to confirm availability and ask a staff member to put your event on the calendar.

Our meeting spaces include: the Vestry Room, the Meeting Room, the Foyer, the Parish Hall, the Narthex, and the Church.

Please keep in mind that all requests for dates, time, and space must be approved by The Rev. Ann McLemore, Interim Rector.
