From Father Kim,

Dear All,
We are in a time of uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus therefore I feel that we need to exercise caution in how we conduct worship. Listed below are guidelines that I feel are necessary. Let us all pray that the need for extra caution only lasts a short time and we can get back to those traditions we hold dear. Peace, Fr. Kim

Guidelines:                       March 9, 2020 : effective immediately

Hand-washing :

-           All clergy and Eucharistic Ministers will thoroughly wash hands before each Service.
-           Hand sanitizer will be used during the Offertory as part of preparation for Communion.
At the Peace and other greetings:
-           No handshakes or hugs (bows or elbow tap only)
Holy Eucharist:
-           Only silver vessels are to be used. (no ceramic or glass)
-           Intinction is not permitted (please note: It has always been fine to just receive the bread)
-           The use of baked bread is suspended. Wafers will be used.
Altar Guild:
-           Wine, wafers and containers holding them will be handled with great care and only after washing hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds
