Zion’s School mission is “Teaching Christ and Serving Families.” The school shares Christ by teaching students about Christ and changes lives by serving the school families.

Our vision is that all students will experience God’s love and forgiveness and learn to show that same forgiveness to others. Students will be safe, responsible, and respectful to themselves and others, and achieve academically to the best of their ability.

Message from the Principal
Welcome back to a new school year. I pray that everyone is healthy, safe, and excited to be back at school!

Zion Lutheran School exists to show children the way to salvation through Jesus Christ, teach the will of God as revealed in the Bible, create an atmosphere for Christian fellowship and the development of Christian character, equip each student to become a more responsible Christian citizen, encourage students to develop individual and social Christian maturity, and provide opportunities for the child to develop skills necessary to share the Word of God with others.

Zion’s School mission is “Teaching Christ, Serving Families.” The school shares Christ by teaching students about Christ and changes lives by serving the school families.

Our vision is that all students will experience God’s love and forgiveness and learn to show that same forgiveness to others. Students will be safe, responsible, respect themselves and others, and achieve academically to the best of their ability.

As we navigate through these strange times, we can only rest assured knowing that God is in control. Only He knows what is to come. Be safe, stay healthy, and LET GOD GUIDE YOU!

Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will guide you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

CHURCH NEWS UPDATE
With One Voice we will be worshiping in one combined service at 9:30 am for four Sundays, August 15th - September 5th.
Our combined services will allow us to be together for several celebratory Sundays (Blessing of the Backpacks and our Sanctuary’s 50th anniversary) and our entire “Family Game Night” sermon series. These services will feature both our traditional organ music and our praise band.
Did you miss last Sunday's kick-off of the "Family Game Night” series???
No worries! Simply click on the Facebook Live Link below to watch
“Jenga – Building on a firm foundation.”
Family Game Night Series
Let’s start the school year off with some fun in our sermon series.  Does the phrase, “Family Game Night” bring back memories or build up hopes of what family life can be? Or does a shutter go through your spine because someone in the house needs to learn how to lose?  You can learn a lot from playing a few games, and the time together can build up your family.
We think we can learn some faith lessons from those games as well.
Our “Family Game Night” series continues with the next Game of “Monopoly – “Me-me-me-me-me.” Is that the sound of the choir warming up or is it your life mantra?
Join us this Sunday at 9:30 am – we can’t wait to share this time with you.
