DHS CARES Act Funding Tracking Final Report is Live!
Today is the launch of the DHS CARES Act Funding Tracking Tool for the Act 24 Final Report.

Starting today, you can begin completing your Final Report and upload your COVID-19 Act 24 Cost Reporting Form. This report identifies the total COVID-19 related costs each provider incurred.


As a reminder:
  • Username and Password Credentials: 
  • If you are a new user, you received two emails (see sample) from PW, Unified Security inbox (ra-unifiedsecurity@pa.gov) today. The first email contains your username. The second email contains your temporary password for first-time sign in. Please begin your account set-up here. 
  • If you have an existing Commonwealth Business Partner account (“b-” ID), you received a Username reminder email today. Please this username to login to the tool. Please access the tool here.  If you have not received these username and password credential emails by Dec. 10, please contact ra-unifiedsecurity@pa.gov.
  • Updating Provider Contact: If you will not be completing the report for your organization and would like to change the user associated, please complete the DHS COVID Tracking - User Change Request form and we will work to update that information and set up their credentials. Note that this process may take a few business days. Please take the time now to validate the right individual(s) in your organization have access to the portal. Even if you aren’t ready to submit your Act 24 final report yet, please test your login credentials in the tool.
  • Online Portal Training & Support: Available is a detailed DHS CARES Act Funding Tracking Tool Final Report User Guide with FAQs to support you in understanding how to use the new tool, answer any questions you may have, and provide troubleshooting information on browsers and passwords.

Please note, if you received a payment under Act 24 of 2020 from more than one Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) Program Office, you may receive this notification more than once. You will only receive one login to the online tool and be able to submit for all program offices and facilities.
