  • Stay home if you are sick, keep away from others who are sick.
  • Keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from others who are not in your household.
  • Practice social distancing around elderly family members.
  • Businesses and services may implement more stringent COVID-19 measures as they see fit, such as physical barriers, social distancing, and limited occupancy.
GUAM VISITORS BUREAU

The Guam Visitors Bureau is developing a "Håfa Shoppers" visitor spending incentive program to help boost the island's economy. The program is still being finalized but would essentially work as follows:

  • Provide an on-island spending incentive to qualified visitors
  • Keep spend in Guam to infuse our economy
  • Promotion will be a global initiative through our overseas offices using traditional and digital channels
  • Target markets include South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and The Philippines
  • Visitors will be issued a debit card that can only be used in Guam
  • Card can only be used as specific terminals, which will need to be paid for by the vendor (6-month rental)
  • Money will be remitted directly to the vendor when the card is used at the terminal (less the 2.9% transaction fee)

GVB is seeking support from interested vendors. If your company would like to participate, please complete the online registration. You can also download, complete and submit the form.
