COVID-19 testing on campus There is an OptumServe test center at Gavilan College, 5055 Teresa Blvd., Gilroy. Testing is by appointment only; visit lhi.care/covidtesting or call 1-888-634-1123 to sign up. No drop-in testing at this location. GAVILAN COLLEGE STATUS: All locations of Gavilan College are closed to the general public. Fall classes are in session, mostly online. Students coming to campus for classes are required to wear masks and complete a self-assessment every day. The Gavilan College Golf Course has reopened with social distancing protocols. Reservations are required. Most Gavilan College staff continue to work off-campus for the fall. Anyone coming to campus for an approved purpose must: enter through the South gate. wear a mask while on campus. not come to campus if you are experiencing a fever or other symptoms. leave at least 6' of space between yourself and others Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 6 reported cases of an individual who has been on campus testing positive for COVID-19.

Free COVID-19 testing in Gilroy No appointment is required. This testing site is not designed to test individuals with symptoms of COVID-19. Individuals with symptoms should contact their healthcare provider for evaluation and testing. South County Annex (formerly Antonio del Buono Elementary) 9300 Wren Avenue, Gilroy, CA 95020 Tuesday through Friday, Nov 10 - Nov 13, 11 AM – 5:30 PM The COVID rate is going up in Santa Clara County. Testing will help us get it back down. Be well - wear your mask, even if it itches. If your test is positive, you will be contacted by phone within 72 hours. If your test is negative, you will be contacted within 2-4 days by email.
