So Your Strategic Plan Needs a Crisis Plan - Now What?

Friday, May 1 from 10:00 -11:30 a.m.

With the onset of the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, nonprofits must consider new ways of serving our clients and the community – AND sustaining our organizations.  As we continue to operate and provide critical services during this unprecedented time of global change, we must also begin preparing for what's next.

While many organizations may have already enacted a crisis plan, we also need to plan for our new reality as we begin to emerge from the current stay-at-home order. It may be unlikely that we will achieve the original goals and objectives we set for 2020, but we can incorporate our current crisis response & approach into our overall plan staying on track, keeping funders informed, and achieving realistic strategic goals for our agencies this year.

Join us as we walk through a brief overview of crisis planning along with strategies for incorporating it into and adjusting your existing strategic plan.

--You will receive downloadable templates & handouts for Crisis Planning & Strategic Plan Revision--

~ Executive Directors, Organizational Leaders & Board Members are encouraged to attend ~
