Gratitude for Nature’s Storehouse
Throughout the month of November, Nature’s Storehouse held a Thanksgiving Gratitude Fundraiser to collect donations to support our Bonus Bucks program. They raised $904 and, thanks to an anonymous $500 match, were able to give us $1,402 - a new record for the fundraiser! Thank you to everyone who gave. We are so appreciative of our dedicated community partners and supporters. All of the money will be used for our Bonus Bucks program which offers a cost sharing arrangement to income-eligible St. Lawrence County families and residents to purchase produce or meat Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares, or for purchases at any of the five St. Lawrence County farmers markets.

We can't do this without you...
At GardenShare, we are working to promote a local food system that ensures food security for all St. Lawrence County residents. Our programs provide access to fresh, local food by doubling SNAP benefits at farmers markets and supporting CSA purchases, as well as working to raise awareness about the importance of our local food system.

Today, we are asking for your help to continue and expand these programs to ensure access to healthy food and support of healthy farms, so that everybody eats.

You are part of a North Country community that reaches deep, in every sense of the word, to create a space where all can flourish. A community that has long supported GardenShare and helped us fulfill our important mission to address hunger while supporting local farmers . Indeed, it is a testament to the spirit of generosity here in the North Country that an organization such as GardenShare not only survives, but thrives year after year.

Please make a gift to GardenShare today. You will help us make sure all our North Country neighbors have enough healthy food to eat and our farmers are supported for their efforts to produce high-quality food for all.
