Hope and Healing For Our World
Today, I remember with great sadness the devastating bush fires that swept across the stunning country of Australia burning millions of acres. The loss of human life, homes destroyed and the diverse and unique wildlife and species lost are unspeakable. Australia is one of my favorite countries and I pray for its renewal.
I've always live by the motto "If I cannot do great things, I will do small things in a great way". My pledge for making our World Well Again, is to continue to impact and improve the health and lives of others, to the best of my ability. With that goal in mind, today on Earth Day 2020 , I'm launching WELL WORLD a mobile Health and Wellness Platform allowing me to deliver personalized health, nutrition and wellness plans including supplement recommendations via a convenient mobile app. The Well World Client Mobile App has everything you will need including:
  • Daily Meal Plans
  • Recipes and Shopping Lists
  • Premium Quality Nutritional Supplement Ordering
  • Educational Videos and Documents
  • Automated Reminders (we all need them)
  • Secure Video and Safe Chat
  • HIPPAA Compliant

This platform in conjunction with my Qest4 Remote Program will allow me to continue to provide health consultations and recommendations virtually to all my patients through this rapidly-changing landscape.

With Well World as my virtual practice, I can continue to work with at risk or vulnerable clients and those who prefer to remain at home during this challenging time. It is also for anyone that desires a dynamic and engaging way to pursue their health and wellness goals.

With Well World, I can provide wellness plans, recommend Designs for Health supplements, and provide additional resources to help my patients maintain their health - monitor sleep, stress, movement, symptoms and key body metrics - and stay in touch through HIPAA-compliant text and video chat!

I extend an invitation to contact me for details and I hope you are as excited as I am to welcome you onboard with
Japanese culture has a nurturing and health promoting practice called Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing. One of the upsides of this downtime has been enjoying the outdoors and connecting with nature. It has allowed me time to clear the chatter of the world, much praying and being grateful for so many things in my life. My Japanese Shiba Inu Basilico and I have had some wonderful days of health restoration, re-energizing, lots of reading and simply feeling joyful. For those who follow my current reads, REGENERATE by Sayer Ji is #1 on the list.

I hope today will be a reminder to us all that Life and The World we Live In, are Fragile yet Resilient! We must be Good Stewards of both!
