year round and in all kinds of ways up here. Heck, you can even get it in lip balm! Contact Karen at Sweetwater Studios to get yourself some hand-crafted maple flavored balm. For an ultra dose of the sweet stuff, pick yourself up some maple bourbon, salted maple caramel, maple mocha and even maple bacon flavored truffles from our local chocolatier, Burke Mountain Confectionery.

octions, you need to start with the good stuff direct from Vermont. Don-Sim Farm and Firefly Farm both produce, sell and ship syrup out anywhere. Various grades and sizes are available.
Locally produced syrup is a staple in every chef's kitchen up here and lots of restaurants feature it in at least a couple of menu choices. You gotta try the sugar shack poutine at
Burke Publick House. Hand cut fries topped with gravy, cheddar, chorizo, bacon and maple syrup! How much more Vermonty can it get? You can even order a maple old fashioned cocktail to go with it.
