Anticipation is in the air - MBC projects on track

The MBC has been busy. Zoom provides a new way to organize, plan, and implement the Magnolia Beautification Project. The MBC has taken full advantage of using technology to keep the project's momentum moving at a pace to make Magnolia even more beautiful and welcoming.

The beautification project is on track for new bistro tables, chairs, and festive umbrellas to be installed by the end of May. Also on track are the installations of the refurbished benches. Baskets of cascading flowers, FULL of colorful blossoms, will be hung from the brand new poles that were installed in mid-March.

No doubt, the COVID-19 pandemic and response have been tough. But, together, we are dedicated to making Magnolia ready for a great summer season and beyond. The beautification improvements will be in place as the local shops reopen and customers get back to visiting our business districts.

It is exciting to be able to meet your neighbors and friends on pedestrian-friendly and flower-filled sidewalks. A big, heartfelt thank you to all of our supporters for your dedication to, and investment in the Magnolia Beautification Project - YOU are key to its success!

New Magnolia Beautification Website - check it out!

In late March, the MBC launched a newly refurbished and designed Magnolia Beautification website . All of the production and content costs were donated.

The new site ensures easy navigation for visitors and new features provide both timely updates and topical news.

Join/Support the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce

The MBC continues to volunteer in support of the Magnolia business community and our neighbors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and response. We heartily applaud and support the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce . Since March, the Chamber has doubled down on its efforts to promote and share information on shopping local , provide timely public resources to protect lives and support small business, and act as an unabashed advocate for our neighborhood.
