We've re-vamped our Contest and Give-A-Way efforts into a new program, The Scarf Art INFLUENCER Program. Our INFLUENCERS are women who have influence and impact in their cities, community and circle(s) of influence. As well, they are effectually & actively engaged on multiple social media platforms.
