Patient Satisfaction Tip of the Week

Tip #10: Talk to patients about leaving smoking behind Myth or fact? Smokers don’t want to be told to quit.  Answer: Myth! In reality, smokers who report being advised by their doctor about quitting and cessation options rate their care higher.
