ANNUAL CHAPTER MEETING AT CHEROKEE CASTLE
We are excited to announce that our Back to School Chapter meeting this year will be held at the stunning Cherokee Ranch & Castle in Sedalia. We can’t wait to see you all in person this year and share some new updates! Save the Date: Tuesday, August 24th from 5:45 pm - 8:30 pm. This meeting is mandatory for at least two members of each Chapter.

This event will kick off with a Vendor Fair showcasing some of our awesome Preferred Vendors, then move to a brief business meeting including Foundation updates and best practices, and conclude with some optional small group breakout sessions.

Many of our generous vendors will be offering samples and donating prizes for our end of the evening raffle drawing!

NEW CHAPTER TREASURER TRAINING
We will be offering two upcoming training sessions for our new Chapter Treasurers. These sessions will be Thursday, August 5th from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Wednesday, August 11th from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Both of these sessions will be held at the Foundation: 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Please use this link to sign up.

  • 2021 - 22 Chapter Manual We are committed to providing support and resources to our Chapters. The Chapter Manual contains important information that will help you with policy, governance and fundraising. Find out more on the chapter pages of our website.

  • 2021-22* Chapter Vendor Guide - This guide is designed to streamline your process for researching, engaging and paying vendors. By hiring one of these vendors you can skip several steps, including securing a W9. The guide highlights Preferred Partners of the Foundation. These partners are selected based on a combination of factors. They may offer discounts to Foundation Chapters, or may come highly recommended by several Chapters. *The 21/22 guide is currently being updated and will be published on our website by the end of August.
