US SKI AND SNOWBOARD SPRING CONGRESS MEETING INFO

Due to the continued and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we will be shifting our annual U.S. Ski & Snowboard Congress from an in-person event in Park City, to a virtual gathering. While we were looking forward to connecting with you each in person, it is important that we adhere to the guidelines imposed by the CDC in regard to
large gatherings. So, we are embracing technology in order to keep us together as we plan for the 2020-21 season.
We have already moved our annual Athletic Summit and Club Excellence to a virtual meeting, and we’re confident that the 2020 U.S. Ski & Snowboard Congress will deliver a positive outcome that allows all of us to focus on athlete development and organizational excellence.
Details, including the meeting platform, schedule, committee meetings, etc., will be forthcoming. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this situation. We hope you all had a great, albeit shortened, season and made it home safely. In the meantime, be safe, be well, wash your hands and embrace social distancing. Revised 3/19/20

2020 Club Excellence Conference
Due to the continued and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we will be shifting our annual Club Excellence Conference programming to a virtual experience. While we were looking forward to connecting with you each in person, it is important that we adhere to the guidelines imposed by the CDC in regard to large gatherings.
Please mark your calendars for one day, Monday, May 4, 2020. Though there are still many details to work out for this new format, there will be a broad range of topics relevant to coaches, administrators, board members and others from all disciplines, delivered by great internal and external speakers with tracks for both athletic development and club leadership. Our goal is to have the full program and registration process confirmed by April 3rd and we will communicate details at that time.
For those of you who have already registered and paid, you will be eligible for a full refund. The virtual conference will be delivered at a greatly reduced fee and will require a new registration.
