♦       The Tuesday Morning Bible Study Class will continue to meet on Tuesday mornings, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. in the first room of the Education Wing. Come join the group as they discover the wisdom found in the Book of Proverbs and discuss its relevance to our lives in today’s world. Please contact Mary Richardson at 239-281-2049 or e-mail mcrichardson@comcast.net . All are welcome at this very informal group, so please join us.

♦    Fall Festival – Sunday, October 13, 11am – 3:00pm, Front Lawn, Brats & Beer, Contests,  Games, Dunk Tank, Crazy Cake/Pie Auction and so much more.  Individuals and Ministry Groups can help:
·                      Take Charge of an activity ie., Pumpkin decorating, Face Painting, Watermelon Eating Contest
·                      Help with set-up, clean-up and food
·                      Decorate your Trunk for Trunk or Treat
·                      Bake a crazy cake, pie or cookies
·                      Loan 10 x10 tent, corn hole or grill
Volunteer in Browning Hall or contact Karin Winter or Angeli Chin.
All cars must be moved from the front of the Church by 11:15am to clear the way for the Fall Festival!

♦    November 3, 2019 at 11:15 AM – Meet the Saints – A Guided Tour to talk with past and present Saints of the World – Volunteers needed to portray a saint of your choosing in a Village of Saints in Browning Hall where everyone can experience a guided tour to meet and ask questions.  Find out more by contacting  youth@sainthilarys.org , Bev Swanson or Karin Winter.
 
♦    Prayer List: St. Hilary’s now has two options for the Prayer List. The existing church-wide prayer list which is read each Thursday at the Healing Service and sent out via email on Friday. For those wishing more privacy, the Daughters of the King now have a separate prayer list that will be kept private. To submit a name to the DOK list, fill out a card available in the narthex or Browning Hall, and just drop in the plate. For the church-wide prayer list, just contact the office.

♦   Stephen Ministry Listeners : one of twenty-two trained ministers will be at the front of the Church following each service by the Saint Hilary Banner. Pray, talk, hug, help, all if you need a prayer or long term assistance. All is confidential.
 
♦  Coffee Hour Hosts Needed: For the coffee hour following the 10:00 AM service. One time commitment only. Sign up sheet in Browning Hall, or contact the office.
   
♦  Hilary’s Angel Crew (HACs): Anyone interested in volunteering to keep our Church grounds in great shape, please contact the office, or see Ruth Walters. Thank you again to our current HAC’s; you help keep St. Hilary’s beautiful.
