TOUGALOO PLAYS PIVOTAL ROLE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Tougaloo contributed to the COVID-19 pandemic by serving as an appointment-only, one-day, drive-through testing site Thursday, April 23, 2020. Many thanks to the military members and healthcare professionals who, under the direction of the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the Mississippi State Department of Health, visited our campus to test community members for COVID-19. As public health officials continue to stress the need for more widespread testing, the College is grateful for the opportunity to serve our community in this capacity.
