Christ the King School Newsletter - May 21, 2019-Corrected
Please see corrected first day of school below. Thank you to our great proofreaders!

Dear Christ the King Families,

It is with great honor that we recognize Matt Lakin and Brigid Rose and the CTK Festival Committee for their unparalleled commitment to our school and parish community, their time and talent, and for exhibiting great intentions of the heart. Further, we thank our community for their enduring understanding and flexibility with regards to our decision that predicated schoolwide safety, construction, and inclement weather. One thing for certain, the Festival will return someday soon with the enthusiasm, community building, and joy that it is beloved for – as a longstanding CTK tradition!
Sincerely,

Nothing like a new book!!
Did You Know?
This past week’s mass in honor of our Holy Mother Mary was incredibly powerful. Further, the mass prepared Mrs. Alonso, Mrs. Karst, Mrs. McDonagh, and our first graders was well planned and inspirational. Seeing our first graders read so well at the lectern, and process in with flowers and a crown for our beloved and venerated, Mary, is truly what our faith, parish, and school embody. We thank you first grade for honoring Mary in her very special month of May!
