COMMUNITY NEWS
Are you Current?
Ranchers,

12% of Stillwater residents have not paid their January assessments. As a reminder, HOA assessments were due on January 1. The association office has attempted to contact you via phone or email as a reminder of your missed payment and late fees. Until assessments have been paid, amenity access cards for delinquent ranchers have been deactivated.
Mother Nature struck again, leaving us to cancel yet another one of our planned events. However, due to the advanced notice with our vendors, we were able to reschedule and solidify them to a later date.
You can look forward to having the face painters & balloon artists at SUMMER BASH in June, as well as the Petting Zoo in July.
Although it pained us to cancel one our favorite signature events, our SWR builders (Chesmar, Lennar, & William Lyon) were kind enough to help us distribute the donated candy at their model homes.
We are extremely grateful to our event partners: Ashley's Country Pup, (ASP) America's Swimming Pool Co., BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Broadway Bank, Chick-fil-a, Clear Blue, In & Out Burger, Main Event, Metro Waste, Raising Canes, Sonic Drive-In, and The San Antonio Zoo.
Congratulations to Brandy Drummond & family,
