"Live Streaming" Virtual Open House and Virtual Media In recent weeks, the MetroList team has enhanced its systems to accommodate "Live Streaming" Virtual Open House showings and Virtual Media. To help you better understand the difference between the settings, see the description of each feature: "Live Streaming" Virtual Open House This feature allows you to post the date, time and URL of your "Live Streaming" Virtual Open House (via YouTube Live, Facebook Live or another streaming website) which is then posted to the various public websites that display live streaming open house events. Because this is live streaming, you can provide commentary, immediately respond to questions, and provide any other information requested by the prospective buyers in real time. Virtual Media This feature allows you to add your virtual media (Pre recorded virtual tour video URL) to your listing in Prospector MLS. You may have a video posted on YouTube, Vimeo or another hosting site. There are two areas within your listing where you can add the virtual media URL - under listing information and virtual media field.
