Last week the House and Senate signed a five-week extension to the application window for PPP loans. The president signed the extension over the holiday weekend, leaving open the application window from the original deadline of June 30 to August 8, 2020.

Approximately $130 billion remains available out of the total $660 billion authorized. If you have not yet applied for a PPP loan and you would like to do so, feel free to contact us with general questions about the program, though you will still need to work with a banker in order to file the application. We are also happy to discuss forgiveness provisions, as forgiveness is the major reason people have flocked to this program and numerous changes have rolled out over the past several weeks.
