Not only is it delicious but it is loaded with immune fighting veggies and the perfect dinner to keep the family healthy.

Thursday- Garden Vegetable
~ This weeks menu is loaded with all those garden veggies that are starting to come to the end of their season, and we plan on using as many as we can. This soup will be loaded with zucchini, corn, squash, beans, carrots, peas, and so much more. Another healthy family dinner.
Friday- Roasted Veggie Lasagna
~ We slow roast the zucchini, eggplant, squash, tomatoes, and onion to bring out the best of their flavors, then layer them with cheese and noodles to make the perfect fall weekend meal.
Saturday- Quiche
~Sweet Potato, Spinach, and Feta
~Chicken, Apple, Cheddar
~Bacon and Gouda

Salad- Roasted Sweet Potato
~ Roasted sweet potatoes that are caramelized and crunchy, layered with candied nuts, feta cheese, and sweet cranberries. All on a bed of romaine and spinach.
