  • USE PURELL HAND SANITIZER.  - There dispensers located thru out the club.
  • WIPE DOWN GYM EQUIPMENT. - Gym Wipes are available in both the workout room and cycle room.
  • COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU COUGH.
  • IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME TO RECOVER. - We will look forward to seeing you when you feel better.

Free - Dynamic Rope Workout

Work New Muscles!
Wave, slam or rip ropes to move in many directions to increase range of motion and work different muscles.
 
Total Body Workout! 
You can challenge different muscles for a total body workout by your grip, how you move the ropes and your distance to the anchor point.
 
Get Stronger! 
Resistance will strengthen  your abs, arms,biceps, triceps, shoulders, quads and glutes.
 
An opportunity to try something new 
and  how you can add battle ropes to your fitness routine!


Advanced sign up required by: Monday, 3/10 by 5pm.
Minimum 3 participants.

Santa Fe Century Training
March 23rd - May 11th


Cycling Classes with  Dora, Jeff, Enita, Irena, KIm and Jan will cover topics  preparing cyclists for  the annual Santa Fe Century.
Cyclists can also cross train using other fitness classes to get fit.

TENNIS NEWS 
 
  • Please reserve all courts through the front desk
  • Courts may be reserved up to - 2 days in advance at 7 am.
  • Banging or knocking on the door is prohibited.
  • Do not enter the facility more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • If you need to cross a court that is occupied to access yours, please only cross in between points.
  • No profanities, yelling or screaming at any time while on court.
  • Cell phones must be silenced.
  • This is a fragrance free facility.
  • Show respect to all players at all times.
  • Please leave the court promptly when your scheduled time ends.
