Lash Group is in need of people who may be interested in an hourly customer service related role within Lash Group. The position is a Patient Access Specialist role that requires a consultant to answer patient calls and help the patient form a customer service stand point the accessibility to the pharmaceutical drug the patient is pursuing. The role is full time, permanent with benefits and a bonus structure. Great role for someone who has recently relocated to the area, is a military spouse or recent graduate. The hourly rate can range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience. This role is Monday thru Friday and shifts can be between the hours of 8am and 8pm but most work until 5pm daily.
Must have customer service experience, stability in work history and experience supporting customers over the phone!
