OBO certifies Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWPDBE, SBE and DBE).
The City's MBE or WBE certification may also make your business eligible for State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) certification, TxDOT, and other municipalities around Texas that are part of the TUCP program, giving certified contractors access to many large infrastructure project such as the current Highway 288 expansion being built by Almeda Genoa Constructors.
