... we are so excited to see businesses re-opening for almost all services.
It has been a long time coming, but Step 3 brings us one step closer to pre-pandemic life. Capacity limits are slowly increasing and vaccination rates are going up. It is not business as usual yet, but it's getting there. Here are some things to keep in mind as you re-open.
Active vs. Passive Health Screening
Please note that businesses are required to continue ACTIVE screening for all employees.
Some types of businesses must also continue ACTIVE screening and contact tracing of patrons as follows:
- Dine-in restaurant patrons
- Personal care patrons
- Indoor physical fitness patrons
- Driving school students
- Indoor photo studio patrons
COVID-1 Safety Plans remain in effect
Public Health Requirements
- Physical distancing requirements remain in place

Face coverings continue to be required in indoor public settings (except for medical exemptions, and for seated dining patrons while eating/drinking

Face coverings are NOT required in outdoor line-ups as long as physical distancing is maintained. Businesses remain responsible for managing physical distancing in line-up areas.
