Dear Friends:

In 1991 my wife, Mary Lou and I walked the beach at the Madison Surf club with a decision to make. Do we start our own business or do I go back into the corporate world? We decided to take a chance and Water-Flo was born.  One man, one truck and a very supportive wife.

Here we are in 2020 and it is time for us to move on. On January 1 st  2020 Scott Allen, my service manager, bought Water-Flo, Inc. We have been working on this for a few years and it finally fell into place. Scott has been with me since 2014 and most of you know him. In fact, many of you request him. He is respectful, knowledgeable and extremely competent. Many of you may not know that Brigid, my office manager, is Scott’s girlfriend.  However, not anymore. She is now his fiancĂ© as we were witness to his proposal and her acceptance at a New Years Eve gathering. You all know Brigid. She is most likely the one who answers your calls, helps you with your emergencies and makes everything all right. They are quite a talented team. Water-Flo is in great hands. They along with Carl and Gianni will make the transition seamless.

It has been my great honor and privilege to have served you for all of these years. Many thanks to all of the homeowners, builders, real estate agents and home inspectors who have helped us become the largest company of our kind between New Haven and Rhode Island.  Many thanks to Sharon Lewis of Advicoach who helped plot the strategy for our continued growth and ultimately to a successful sale. If any of you need a business coach you need to look no further;   sklewis@advicoach.com

Mary Lou and I wish you a healthy and satisfying 2020. At this point we are not certain where life will lead us but our first granddaughter is on the way and the world is full of opportunities.

With our warmest regards and thanks.

Nick and Mary Lou Sunday
