IRS FILING DEADLINES EXTENDED 
in addition to extending personal income tax (Form 1040) and corporate (Form 1120) filings, the IRS has extended the deadline for Form 990, the nonprofit tax exempt organization annual filing. Instead of May 15, organizations now have until JULY 15 to submit their Form 990. Read more here.
CAC ISSUES GUIDELINES FOR GRANTEES IMPACTED BY COVID-19  
California Arts Council has issued guidance to its current (2019-20) grantees and recently approved (for 2020-21) grant awardees, allowing flexibility on the use of funds in response to the COVID-19 crisis and providing instructions on how to proceed with any desired changes. Read more here.
