• City offices will be open by appointment only. It is strongly recommended that the public continue payments by mail or use the City’s green and white mailbox located in the 8th & Elm Street parking lot. Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. To schedule an appointment, please contact:

• The Zoning Hearing Board hearings scheduled for 7/15/20 & the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for 7/13/20 will be held in-person with social distancing & capacity restrictions in place. The public must pre-register 48 hours in advance to attend. To register, please call the Department of Public Works at 717-228-4490 or email rgetz@lebanonpa.org. All other Board and Committee meetings, including City Council for the month of July will be held via Zoom. Please contact the City Clerk at 717-228-4401 or email cityadmin@lebanonpa.org for additional information.

• Parking at designated lots for residents residing on street sweeping routes will cease on July 3, 2020. Please note that July 3^rd is a City holiday and there will be no street sweeping.  

• Reserved 15 minute parking at meters for restaurant curb-side pick-up will cease on Friday, July 3^rd as well.

• The Recycling Center will only be open on Saturdays from 8AM to 3PM in the month of July (with the exception of July 4^th). Due to changes in the market and the increased costs to recycle, the Center is only available to CITY residents. Residents must register with the Department of Public Works to obtain a user card prior to using the Recycling Center. Please contact the Department of Public Works at (717) 228-4490 or vsentz@lebanonpa.org to obtain a user card.​ There is no fee for the card. Non-City residents should contact their municipality for advice on recycling or utilize the recycling facility at the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority. 

• Playground equipment will be permitted to be used; however, please be advised that the equipment will not be sanitized.

• The camping area at Stoever's Dam Park will reopen on July 3, 2020. A camping permit is required. Please call (717) 228-4401 or visit Lebanonpa.org for more information.

• Special Event Permits will be issued for special events, contingent upon the gathering being limited to no more than 250; and the organizer following and practicing CDC guidelines for social distancing.
