21-Day Rowing Practice Cycle

The 21-day cycle of practice is a reliable means to establish meaningful embodiment and actual transformation. This transformation is physical, energetic, physiological, neurological, mental and emotional. Join us for this genuinely revolutionary practice.

The sessions will be on 4 consecutive Mondays: July 6, 13, 20, 27, starting at 10 am (PDT) – for 90 minutes. The recorded videos of each of the 4 sessions will be available for review and study a few hours after each class. All videos will be available for an additional 21 days after the course completion.

Extra video material relevant to this course may also be posted for your access during this time, as well.

Each session unfolds into understanding and embodiment of life-affirming QigongDharma practices. Each session has a specific outline with videos and written material that will help guide your practice. The outline offers an accessible and clear aproach to qigong and mindful meditation.

This program is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitions.

This is the practice of “Rowing”.

Rowing is the Qigong/Neigong practice that is called the

“Bridge Between Heaven and Earth”

During the course of 21-Days, you will learning and practice the Qigong Skill of Rowing in 4 forms as well as many supporting practices that enhance vital qi flow and systemic well-being and health.  These are among the many practices that I have taught meditators over the decades on long retreats, to engage in whole body breathing, whole being movement and centering/grounding.  These practices greatly serve the physical health of meditators on retreat and contriubte to mental and emotional balance.
