Updates have been announced in the following areas:

Ventilation and carrying out repairs and maintenance work.

Clinically extremely vulnerable people and repairs and maintenance work.

Reducing the risk of infection in shared accommodation, accommodation with shared facilities, and overcrowded accommodation.

Easy to read Rent Guide published.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has released an easy read version of the How to Rent guide on the gov.uk website.

The guide is for people who are renting a home from a landlord or letting agent. Most of the information is the same if they share the property with other people. But some things might be different.
